My story

Piper and her brothers came to us from a rural shelter. The family was sick at the time, but we couldn't leave them behind. Piper is a sweet little girl, but don't let her fool you. She can keep up with her brothers with no problem when they're playing and wrestling. But after a healthy play session she'll curl up and snuggle with her foster family members, purring all the time. She is going to bring so much fun and joy to her new family! (Note that Piper will need to be adopted either with one of her siblings, or to a home with another animal(s) for socialization and companionship.)  *Piper shows signs of a mild but chronic virus which can, at times, cause eye watering and sneezing. She would likely benefit from a daily L-Lysine supplement (either in powder form that you put in food, or treat form).  L-Lysine is easily obtainable without a prescription and inexpensive.  *Piper also shows signs of a slight heart murmur (2/6) at this time, but that is not especially concerning, and is something she might well grow out of; your veterinarian can provide more guidance about this.  Piper's adoption fee is $175. Your adoption fee includes: Spay/neuter, Combo test for FIV/FeLV, Set of combo vaccines, Rabies vaccine, Deworming, up to date flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and microchipping.
