My story

I’m a typical lab pup who loves people, toys and other dogs! I’m a great all around dog! My foster mom says I’m a pretty smart pup for coming out of a shelter - I love playing with my tennis ball, it’s by far my favorite toy! I also know how to sit nicely (even though I don’t associate the command with it just yet). I’m playful with my sister and my resident dog but calm by humans - I love to be pet and ooooh, that thing they call affection, I love it!! Who knew belly rubs were so amazing!! I love being outside, inside, with other dogs, with kids, with people, I don’t mind car rides, I’m learning the leash and taking treats too - yum! Esme is sleeping in an oversized kennel and kenneled when we’re away. My foster Mom says I’m at the perfect age for training and it’s the perfect time of year to start, I just need the perfect home to come find me now - where are my lab people at? You don’t want to miss this one, she’s amazing! Esme is estimated to be 5 months old and 23 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.
