Meet Bubba – a sweet and snuggly pup with a heart of gold and a deep love for people, especially kids! He`s already crate-trained, a great car rider, and thrives in calm, cozy environments. While Bubba can be a little shy when he first meets you, give him some gentle space (and maybe a tasty snack!), and he`ll blossom into your devoted best buddy in no time.Since he’s still learning the ropes of interacting with other dogs, Bubba does best with calm, friendly pups who are around his size. He`s not the type for a bustling dog park, but with slow, proper introductions, he can certainly enjoy some gentle, playful company. A meet-and-greet with any existing dogs in the home is absolutely essential to ensure a good match.Bubba has some ongoing medical concerns, but that doesn`t need to stop him from making his match! Our team will be eager to discuss Bubba`s history, the current plan and possible future care with potential adopters, including attention to his cherry eyes and a positive Lyme test that doesn`t warrant treatment at this time. His new family should be prepared to manage his ongoing care and help him maintain a healthy weight to best support his long, low frame.Could this sweet boy be the new best friend you`ve been waiting for?
