Phoebe is a gentle and affectionate pup who loves to cuddle up on the couch for movie nights. She's a bit shy at first, but once she warms up, she'll be your loyal shadow. Phoebe enjoys short walks and exploring her surroundings, and she's always eager to please. She's looking for a calm and loving forever home where she can feel safe and cherished.
