My story

Meet Dewey & Louie – Brothers, Besties, and Professional Vibe Managers Dewey and Louie are bonded brothers about a year old, rescued from the streets just in time to rewrite their story—and now they’re ready for a happily ever after together. Louie, the sleek all-black house panther, brings the cool, mysterious energy. He’s the strong, silent type who loves his brother more than anything and is perfectly content chilling nearby, taking life at his own smooth pace. Dewey, his mostly-black brother with a cute white chest patch, is the extrovert of the duo. He’s the official attention-hog of the household and will happily soak up all your pets and affection like a fluffy sponge. Sweet, playful, and confident, he keeps things light and lively—then flops down for a chill session. They’ve been around other cats but aren’t especially interested—these two are a bonded team and prefer each other’s company. Think of them as your new fuzzy coworkers: laid-back, sweet, and always around to make your day better (but don't expect them to answer emails). If you're looking for a low-drama, high-love duo, Dewey and Louie are your guys. Dewey & Louie are currently in a foster home. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.
