My story

  Meet Szechuan- If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate, and endlessly entertaining companion, Szechuan is your guy! This handsome brown tabby tripod is the full package — cuddly, curious, independent, and full of personality. Szechuan loves being part of the action, whether it’s following you from room to room or surprising his cat friends from a clever hiding spot. He’s a master of bunny kicks, a fan of bell balls, and can’t resist a good scratching session. While he enjoys his daytime naps, don’t be surprised when the zoomies hit and he dashes around with joyful energy. One of Szechuan’s sweetest traits is his affection. He purrs like a little motor all day, rubs up against you for pets, happily flops onto his belly, and loves to sit on your lap or curl up next to you. When you come home, expect a warm chirping welcome and an eager reach for playtime! Adoption fees are as follows, plus tax: $150 for large adult dogs (older than 1 year); $250 for small dogs (under 25 lbs) and all puppies (under 1 year); $60 for adult cats (over 6 months of age), $100 for kittens (under 6 months of age), and $25 for small animals. When you adopt a pair of kittens together, the total adoption fee is $150.  PAWS, the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue organization dedicated to saving Philadelphia's homeless and at-risk animals. PAWS is the city's largest rescue partner and provider of low-cost, basic veterinary care.
