My story

Holly: Sweet Talker. Laser Chaser. Feather Fanatic. Hi, I’m Holly—your future BFF and loyal little shadow. I may be a tortie, but don’t let the reputation fool you. I’m more sugar than spice, with a soft heart and a gentle purr. I was rescued as a kitten from a backyard in San Francisco, and while I can be a little shy when we first meet, I warm up quickly—especially if you’ve got Churus. I’ll greet you at the door, rub against your legs like we’ve known each other forever, and settle in close for head scritches, belly rubs, and some quality hangout time. I’m playful, curious, and always ready for action when the laser pointer or feather toy comes out. My favorite? Peacock feathers disappearing under a blanket—it’s my version of a treasure hunt. I’m quick, agile, and a bit of an acrobat when the mood strikes. A few rousing play sessions are the fastest way to earn my trust. When I’m not hunting imaginary bugs or chasing lights, I love sitting by the window to watch the world go by. I’ve got an independent streak, but I’m also a total softie. Sometimes you’ll find me curled up with my sister Freda—we do enjoy a good snuggle session when the vibes are right. I’d thrive as a solo cat, with a friendly feline companion, or adopted alongside Freda (if you're into double the tortie magic). All I need is a kind, patient human who’ll give me a little time to settle in. Once I do, I’ll be the best kind of roommate: affectionate, entertaining, and always nearby. So what do you say?
