My story

Are you the dog whisperer of your family? Do you find that dogs are naturally comfortable around you and that you just give off a good dog vibe? Meet Bolt, he's looking for a dog savvy owner to be his BFF! Every day when his foster mom comes in the door he jumps into her arms to greet her and shower her with kisses. He loves to sit on your back or shoulders when you're bent down. Bolt enjoys being outdoors and going on adventures. At just 1 year old and 14 lbs he's ready to go all the time! He's so full of energy and love! Loyalty is important to him, and he would do anything to protect his people. Bolt gets overstimulated and gets a little nippy (not on purpose, he just can't contain his excitement) He's people selective and stays away from and growls at those he chooses not to like. He takes a minute to warm up, and needs a patient, dog experienced new owner. Bolt came to us from a humane case. He is still working on potty training but he's eager to please and just wants his "person" to be happy and excited. He's easily trainable.
