My story
Rum got a break from the shelter to attend a UCD mental health awareness event called Paws and Peace.She did so well and was the life of the party. Loaded up in the car just fine but was a little anxious during the ride - just needs to get out more... Was so responsive to everyone she met, letting people sit with her, pet her, give her treats, and lots of love. Pretty much ignored the other dogs. Seems to be potty trained. Rum is so mellow and well-behaved. All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months). All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control.
