Nala is a darling French Bulldog who’s ready to start her next chapter—and it’s bound to be her best one yet! This sweet girl came to West Valley Animal Rescue when her previous family could no longer afford her care. She arrived underweight and struggling to breathe due to very narrow nasal passages, but we knew she deserved a fresh start. After gaining a healthy 3 pounds and receiving successful Stenotic Nares Surgery to help her breathe freely, Nala is now thriving and loving life! Nala is wonderful with other dogs and absolutely adores kids of all ages—she’s happiest when surrounded by love and laughter. She’s crate trained (a total smart cookie!), though she’ll be the first to let you know she’d much rather be curled up on your lap or snuggled next to you in bed. Nala believes firmly in being close to her people—she’s a professional cuddler and a heartwarming little shadow. This resilient pup has the best of both worlds: a laid-back, loving temperament and a playful, joyful spirit. Her journey hasn’t always been easy, but Nala has turned every bump in the road into a stepping stone to a brighter, healthier future. All she needs now is a forever family to share it with.
