From the moment he arrived, Rowdy stole our hearts! His foster mom shares: “Rowdy was the first face I fell in love with when I learned about these puppies. He has never met a stranger! After a seven-hour transport from Mission, Texas, he jumped out of his kennel, full of love and kisses! Rowdy is an absolute doll—he adores being held, snuggled, and getting all the attention.
