Meet Pepe – Our Playgroup Rockstar with a Heart of Gold Pepe is a charming 7-year-old pup who proves that age is just a number. With a perfect mix of maturity and playful energy, he’s become a true standout at the shelter – especially in our doggy playgroups, where he’s earned the title of Rockstar. Pepe has a gentle soul and a fun-loving spirit that shines around other dogs. Whether it’s sprinting with Willow, wrestling with Esmeralda and Hazel, or cuddling up with Shyla, he fits right in with every furry friend. Pepe’s Best Qualities: ✔️ At our shelter, he's been dog-friendly and social – a true playgroup pro ✔️ Calm, quiet, and well-mannered in his kennel ✔️ Easy on the leash and a joy to walk ✔️ Loves cuddles and was a star at our slumber party Pepe came to us as a stray, underweight and with skin issues. While he’s made some progress with care, he’s still on the road to recovery and would benefit from a foster or adoptive home where he can continue to heal.
