My story

Sir Elton John is the perfect name for this majestic cat. At 8 years old, he found himself looking for a new, loving family. He’s understandably a little shy. But once he gets more comfortable, he will come flop over on his side for belly rubs. He loves to be the “little spoon” and take naps curled up with his foster mom. His catnip banana is his favorite toy, and he’s slowly starting to play with a wand toy and the laser pointer. Since Sir Elton John had a dental procedure while at the shelter, he’s been enjoying his meals of lovely canned food. You may have noticed he’s a solid cat. He likes to be picked up and held, but you’ll need to use both arms to do so! Given his shy and cautious personality, Sir Elton John will likely thrive in a quieter home where he’ll be given time to fit in with his new family. Is he the purrfect new addition to your family?
