What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!I would do best in a home with only adult humans.I prefer to call the shots and enjoy coming to you when I'm ready for pets.I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.I have medical needs that staff will address with you when you meet me.A staff member: Rain is such a polite and endearing pup with a heart full of charm. He has a playful personality and seems to have made it his mission to make you smile. Whether he's trying to catch falling leaves mid-air or bouncing down the sidewalk like a little goofball, Rain knows how to turn even an ordinary walk into a joyful adventure. This sweet boy is an absolute foodie he LOOOOVES treats and mealtime is definitely one of his favorite parts of the day. Despite his enthusiasm for snacks, Rain is incredibly gentle when taking them from your hand, always showing off his polite manners and soft mouth. Rain is also a lovely walking companion. He strolls along at a nice pace, staying close and checking in often. He has a very cute habit of pausing mid walk just to ask for some affection he'll stop, look up at you with those soulful eyes, and politely request some pets before happily continuing on his way. It's just another reminder of how much he adores his people and values connection.He's the perfect combination of playful and sweet, with a soft and loving side that makes him an easy pup to fall for. Rain would thrive in a home that appreciates both his silly antics and his affectionate nature. He's ready to bring laughter, companionship, and lots of heartwarming moments to his forever family.
