My story

Jack is a 9-year-old Jack Russell Terrier mix who weighs just 10 pounds and brings a whole lot of personality in a small package. He’s a happy, friendly, and loyal companion who loves to be close to his people and will gladly follow you from room to room to stay by your side. Jack does have a heart murmur, but it doesn’t affect his activity at all. Jack is house trained, enjoys car rides and going for both brief and longer walks. He walks nicely on leash, comes when called and knows how to sit on command. He also loves chewing on a good bully stick. This little guy has done well with the small dogs in his foster home, but can be selective about other dogs he meets, especially bigger ones. He’s comfortable around men, women, and new people. While he hasn’t been around children in his foster home, his friendly demeanor suggests he would do fine with respectful kids. . Jack would make a wonderful companion in just about any loving home. His minimum adoption fee is $200 plus a $15 fee for rabies registration for McLean County residents.
