Meet Velma, the pocket-sized pittie with a heart full of cuddles and a spirit ready to bloom! Found abandoned in Vancleave and left to wonder, this one year old girl is the definition of an underdog. She’s a bit shy at first, but give her a minute (or a treat) and she’ll be your loyal sidekick, ready for snuggles and naps. Velma is most definitely a star in the making, just waiting for her chance to shine.
