Felix

My story

Felix is a distinguished gentleman who prefers to make the first move. He’s very good motivated do a few tossed treats his way does wonders to help gain his trust. He is super snuggly & sweet once he knows that he is safe and sound with you. Being dumped in the desert by his family was a hard life lesson for him. He was without a stable source of food. And had to sleep outside all alone with the wild animals. He is super resourceful and resilient. He found his way to a nearby house and let the teenage boy scoop him up and bring him to safety. Felix was tired, hungry, and dirty. But, he was alive. We took him into rescue knowing that our job was to not only get his weight up and to love him but, also to make sure that he never had to go through that heartbreak again. We are looking for a kind family for him. One that will be patient as he learns that he is safe. A family that can provide him with a medium or large sized comfy crate to run to, when he’s feeling a little insecure. He loves having a nice enclosed space to retreat to. He loves his walks, cuddle time during movies, and exploring his home & backyard. He is a smart little guy that deserves the best life! We hope that you are his family. Come get him, he’s been waiting patiently.
