Root

My story

Root is a handsome boy who has gone on quite a journey. His previous foster parent had this to say about him:“Root spent the first year of his life on the beach in Kauai with several other cats. Since then he’s become quite accustomed to life in a home. He gets very affectionate at times and prefers to be pet over being held. At feeding time he’ll greet you with talking and rubbing up against you to get pets. Root has a nice balance of independence and warmth. His laid back demeanor makes him a great buddy to have relaxing in the room with you.”Root has had some trouble adjusting to change, so will need a slow introduction into a home without children under 10. A home with welcoming cat/s may help him immensely, so at this time, HSBV will only rehome Root to a household with other felines.
