My story

Zamboni came to us after she was trying to get a workout in at the Kerrisdale Community Centre. She wasn't aware that cats were not allowed! Some great firefighters gave her a cardboard box to hang out in in a safe space but by the next day she had not left the box so we were called to pick her up. She is currently getting her "steps in" in one of our quiet rooms at the shelter so she has some space as she does not like to feel cornered. She does enjoy company on her own terms and enjoys some pats and scritches. She also loves having an assortment of hidey places to hang out. She would do best in a home that has some experience with cats and can read cat body language.Please come into the shelter during visiting hours if you would like to meet me. You can also submit an application online if I am in foster or you would like to save some time when you come visit.
