My story

Meet Twig, a gentle 3-year-old boy who`s still finding his footing in the world. From our volunteer observations, Twig seems to prefer a calm environment and tends to keep his distance from larger groups. He appears to do well with other gentle dogs and allows friendly greetings. While Twig can be a bit timid, especially when on a leash, he`s never shown any harmful behavior. This laid-back pup might just need a patient friend to help him build his confidence. Come meet Twig today!This pet is at risk for euthanasia due to the current shelter capacity. Currently the shelter is above capacity to adequately house and care for animals. This pet would benefit from individualized attention with a foster, adopter or rescue partner
