My story

Meet Zephyr- Dog of the Wind! Zephyr is a very sweet, very handsome, abundantly loving, tail-wagging goofball with sharp intelligence and exceptional focus. He is a husky mix with stunning blue eyes, a curled up tail and gorgeous, thick teddy-bear fur. This baby is only about 8 weeks old but has come a long way with potty training, crate training and socializing. It’s notable that while Zephyr fusses for a brief moment initially when crated, he has learned to calm down right away and rest quietly during crate time for several hours, and as long as he gets a good run after that, he’s a happy boy! Puppy School would be an excellent choice for Zephyr with how smart he is, you’ll be blown away by what he can learn so quickly!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Zephyr is observant and studies everyone he interacts with. He adores other animals and interacts well with all sizes of dogs and cats, though his exuberance is best matched with other playful animals. Due to his high energy, we recommend Zephyr not be placed with small dogs or cats, or elderly animals.    Zephyr is GREAT with kids and has fostered with children ages 8, 12 and 14 with loads of fun and giggles. He would be a wonderful match for a family with children.   Gentle Reminder that with Husky-type fur, Zephyr needs a family aware of the breed’s grooming needs.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Come meet Zephyr at Countryside this Sat 11am-3pm.      Please complete our online application:        https://docs.google.com/.../1XEaxNtm4BvBa8P64sycqvre.../edit Adoption fees include: For puppies:  First year's vaccines, including Bordetella, microchip, and deworming.                                                                                                                                                                          Adult dog:     Vaccinations are current, microchip, dewormed and spay/neuter.                                                                                                                                               If you have current pets, we offer a Foster to Adopt Program, in which you have a two week trial period to make sure the animals get along, it's a good fit, and your begining to bond.                         Countryside Animal Rescue is open Tuesday - Friday 11am to 3pm by appointment only.Appointments can be made by calling 707-542-5582 or emailing countrysiderescuesr@gmail.com.  Please ensure that you receive a confirmation of your appointment before arriving to ensure we are properly staffed for your visit.Drop-In (Without an appointment) Satruday from 11am to 3pm.  We are closed Sunday and Monday.                                                                                                                                                Please complete our online applicationat  : https://forms.gle/PGmGoo2ZoBEtU4D18   ##2399062##
