James came into foster care after his beloved owner entered hospice — a deeply bonded pair, separated only by circumstance. She made the heartbreaking but selfless choice to ensure he’d find another loving home. And now he’s ready for Act II. His favorite spot? Right on his foster’s chest, where he sleeps every night like the most loyal of companions. He doesn’t demand much — just a warm upper body, a soft spot on the bed, and someone who shows that he’s still cherished. This is a cat who: Prefers cuddles to cabinet battles Will never throw away his shot (to nap on your heart) Brings Hamilton-level emotional depth with every slow blink He’s neutered, healthy, and active for his age litter trained, and just looking for a quiet home where he can finish his days being someone’s right-hand cat.
