My story

Jack & Jill: Loyal Companions Looking for Calm Jack and Jill have been inseparable since birth—born in November 2017 and adopted together as kittens by a retired nursing professor who cherished them deeply. In their first home, they spent peaceful days sunbathing on a fourth-floor balcony, serenaded by birds and surrounded by love. They were her world. When she passed unexpectedly in 2022, Jack and Jill found themselves orphaned—but incredibly fortunate to be taken in by a devoted friend of their late owner. For nearly three years now, she has provided them with unwavering care, creative accommodations, and all the affection they’ve known since kittenhood. Despite her best efforts, ongoing tension with her resident cat has made it clear that Jack and Jill need a home of their own. Jack is a big, affectionate cuddlebug who loves being brushed, purrs like an engine, and proudly sleeps curled up beside his person every night—Jill faithfully takes the other side. Jill is gentle, beautiful, and a little shy at first, but she shadows her person around the house like a devoted puppy once trust is built. Together, they make a perfect yin and yang—warm, funny, loyal companions with just the right amount of cat charisma. Their current caregiver has given them everything she can—and now hopes they’ll find a quiet, loving home where they can finally relax and thrive.
