My story

Meet Fred! As you can see from the photos, he’s a stinking cutie with short little legs and a big, dopey smile. He’s a senior dog at 8 years old, but still full of pep and curiosity on walks. Fred is calm, easygoing, and happiest just lounging near his people. He’s not one for toys, but he’ll gladly snore beside you and charm everyone with his piggy snorts and laid-back vibes.All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (or scheduled), vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home today! No pre-application or appointment needed—just bring a valid ID and walk in. Our adoption fees are among the lowest in Cincinnati!To meet our animals, visit our Northside shelters any day from 1–6pm. If listed as foster, email foster@cincycare.org to schedule a meet and greet. Adopting an adult dog with resident dogs or kids at home?
