My story

Cheese is a cute sweet boy looking for a new home (his profile photo doesn’t do him justice as he’s nervous right now during this big transition in life!). He had a beautiful, medium-length coat and a sweet face. He came into the shelter because his former owner was overwhelmed with too many animals. He was a great friend for his former owner who loved him, but Cheese is overwhelmed here at the shelter currently so he’s presenting as shy. (It’s an overwhelming place at times due to the hustle and bustle). He has lived with other cats before. We’re not sure how he would feel about a dog, but if a potential adopter did have a dog, it might be best if they were the older very laid-back type that would leave Cheese alone completely.
