My story

Mohawk is scheduled to arrive at our new Middletown PetSmart adoption center today, May 17. Meet Mohawk!  Wondering about my unique haircut? Let me tell you—after spending months (maybe even years) surviving on the streets, I arrived at Forgotten Cats a bit battle-worn. I had scars, open wounds, and fur so matted that I needed a serious makeover. Now I’m rocking a stylish lion cut, and honestly, I wear it well! I’m a 14-pound gentle giant who absolutely adores affection—pets, cuddles, love, you name it. I’m happy to share my space with other cats, as long as we’re introduced slowly and properly. After everything I’ve been through, I’m just looking for a peaceful home where I can finally relax and be loved. Could that be your home?
