Arnold's past may have left him a bit unsure about house training, but with a little patience and a lot of love, he'll learn in no time. Arnold's reactivity to other dogs is still a mystery, so a home where he can be the only pet might be best. Arnold is a bundle of joy waiting to bring happiness to a loving home.
