But with a little street smarts and a lot of charm, Oscar talked his way into a foster home and traded in trash can cuisine for treats and toys! Now Oscar is living the indoor life and loving it — but he’s dreaming of something more: a forever home full of love, soft beds, sunny windows, and people to spoil him rotten.
