Heartworm status: up to date monthly Heartworm & Flea prevention: Brand of Heartworm prevention the pet is currently using & date of last dose: Heartguard monthly due 6/1 Brand of flea prevention the pet is currently using & date of last dose: bravecto every three months. Due 6/1 Current Location, City, & State:Winter springs, Fl Reason for rehoming: divorcing and cannot take care of him 😢 Must be rehomed by date:ASAP Bite History: never Does the pet like dogs: yes Does the pet like cats: never been around them Does the pet like small children:yes House trained: yes Crate Trained: doesn’t use a crate Leash Trained: yes very sweet, lives to play and get belly rubs. Barks to protect but very timid Pets like’s & dislikes: loves to play with his ball and loves big bones to chew. No stuffed animals or chew toys. Jax is very loving and gives you a big butt wiggle when you come home to see him. He is a big softy. He doesn’t like thunder storms but loves running around and laying in the sun.
