Born here at the shelter with his two brothers, Kirov has been nurtured in a safe, loving environment from day one. Whether he's batting at toys, exploring his surroundings, or snuggling up for a nap, Kirov brings a spark of joy wherever he goes. He is currently unaltered, so his future family will need to schedule his neuter surgery when he’s old enough.
