With a permanent smile and a tongue that just won’t quit, Kacy brings happiness wherever she goes—especially if where she’s going involves meeting new people (her favorite), giving kisses (also her favorite), or being told she’s a very good girl (top favorite). She’s super outgoing, loves to be part of the action, and has just the right amount of spunk.
