Pet me with your eyes!A volunteer writes: Up until a few weeks ago, Ginger was a family cat who lived with young kids and a small dog. But her people had to move to a no-pets-allowed home, and Ginger has been bunking with us since. Her previous humans had awesome things to say about this smart, sleek girl: Ginger warms up to new people after a few weeks, loves playing hide and seek, is affectionate, and has a bold streak. Adjusting to the Care Center hasn't been easy for her--on one hand, she's solicited attention and pettings from staffers and showed her sweet, friendly side. But other times she's been withdrawn and uninterested in interacting. Considering the wonderful things her owners told us, we're betting that once she finds herself safe and secure in a real home, she'll be that outgoing, playful, and lovey-dovey girl once again.
