Bryson - IN FOSTER

My story

Bryson is the sweetest soul and an absolute gem. He is really thriving outside of the shelter and has been amazing and so easy to foster. He is shy when meeting new people and in new situations but with a slow, quiet approach, he takes treats happily and warms up quickly. He will look to you for reassurance so that you can tell him he’s OK. Once he loves you, he LOVES you. At home, he is very easy-going, quiet, and low to medium energy. He loves nothing more than to be pet and give kisses - he also really enjoys a belly rub! He spends most of the day resting next to me and is a great work-from-home buddy! He is also happy to sit outside and curiously watches people, dogs, and cars but doesn’t bark at them. He will melt you with one of his signature puppy-dog eye glances - come meet Bryson and see how special he is for yourself! Here are Bryson`s highlights!- Knows “sit” and we are working on other commands!- Potty trained- Food motivated- Great in the car- Non-reactive on leash- Non-destructive- Making great progress in learning to enjoy his crate time, but doesn’t need to be in crate when left alone- Shows no resource guarding- Most likely cat friendly - a slow intro will be needed but no reaction to a cat outside- Most likely dog friendly - slow intros needed. A low-key, mellow companion would be best for him and would help build his confidence- Older kids would be best
