Owen is in need of a foster home while he awaits further medical treatment. Foster Reason: awaiting a dental surgery Foster Time Frame: Dental Surgery- 5/28Foster time frame could be longer depending on future medical results and needs. Foster Care Plan: Owen is looking for a foster home while he is waiting for his dental procedure. He will have a medical consult upon pickup and the Operation Kindness Foster Team will supply all items necessary for a successful foster journey. Owen is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption.
