My story

DOB: Sept 24, 2024 Breed: Doodle (dad is unknown, mom is Standard Poodle) Medical: completed, neutered, puppy shots & rabies, wormed. Needs: Regular grooming and brushing. Someone that can spend a lot of time with him or another dog, he does not like to be alone. Squirt may be the runt of the litter, but he’s got a heart and spirit that are larger than life! This charming little doodle is about 10-15 lbs smaller than his siblings, but he’s been growing steadily since joining our rescue family, and still growing. Squirt is the epitome of easygoing; he loves to play fetch and gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats. When he’s in play mode, you’ll see him bounce with pure joy, showcasing his playful side. His people-focused nature makes him a delightful companion; he thrives on attention and affection, especially when it comes to belly rubs and gentle brushing. Even though he’s getting bigger, he still enjoys being on your lap, proving that he’s as cuddly as he is cute! One of Squirt’s favorite toys is his beloved lamb chop stuffy, which he holds dear as he observes the world around him. Despite his playful spirit, Squirt has a wonderfully unassuming demeanor—he often melts into the background, content to quietly watch the action unfold. You might find him right next to you, practically invisible, but always attentive. While Squirt is a loving and gentle pup, new things can sometimes scare him. He will thrive in a family that can continue to socialize him and introduce him to new experiences, helping him become a well-rounded dog who isn’t afraid of the world. Squirt has made great strides in his potty training and is mostly trained with a rare accident, confidently using the dog door to go outside. Although he has an adult tooth that may need to be removed in the future due to discoloration, his lovable personality shines through as he navigates this little challenge.
