My story

Meet Madison Beer - we call her Billie - and she is a sweet, silly billy girl   Short Bio:She is a grown pup (around 1-2 years) and is such a sweet girl -- she loves to cuddle, play with her bones and rubber balls, and all-around be in the same room as you. While she still has lots of playful energy, she is a great listener and loves to curl up by your side. Personality & Characteristics Good with: Dogs, people, and kids (not cat-tested, but in general she takes a respectful and gentle approach) Noise level: She is a quiet pup, no barking or reactiveness, though every once in a while we might her a muffled mini 'brrff' House trained and nearly fully crate-trained (she wants to be where the action is, but she will happily nap and hang in her crate) A Breeze in the Bath—she likes to be held and massaged so baths / showers are a no brainer for her ‍ Walking manners: She is eager to explore and approaches walks with moderate amount of energy, she isn't a puller but as we get closer to the park you can see the excitement dial up. Energy level: 6/10 — She can flex up and down her energy depending on if she's at home or outside. She is a big fan of toys of all kinds to keep herself occupied playing all day with them. She is also totally down to chill and nap while you are on a Zoom call or curl up in her crate time for some "me" time, but once we are out on a walk she's curious and loves to say hello to other people and dogs.  Appetite: Healthy and food-motivated, she does great with a slow-feeder and also makes training easy! Car rides and subways? No issues at all — she likes to sit and observe Coat: Soft and fuzzy, she is still growing back her full coat and is getting darker in the process -- very little shedding Knows: Sit, down, paw, look at me, roll over, go between your legs, spin, stand -- she is an easy one to train and picks up tricks quickly! 3 Keywords for Cooper: Silly, sweet, and curious This fun girl is looking for a best friend to walk, play, and be close to. If you’ve been dreaming of a dog who’s great outdoors and is loyal to a tea, she just might be your perfect match. You can truly see the light in her eyes and love for people. Fostered in Brooklyn Apply now and schedule your meet & greet today! ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs. Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States and Korea. ##2400935##

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Madison Beer, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
