My story

Hi, I&#39m Ushi, a sleek short haired black male born approximately 10/25/2023 and though I&#39m still young, I&#39ve already been through quite a bit. I&#39m so ready for the next chapter of my life to be filled with love, safety, and all the cuddles I can handle. I came from a heartbreaking situation where I was one of 29 cats and a dog rescued by the Bureau of Animal Protection and the Police Department. We were living in truly awful conditions, but thankfully we were saved and brought to Wild Blue Cats, where I&#39ve finally had the chance to feel safe and cared for. Now, I&#39m looking for a forever home that will treat me with the love and kindness I&#39ve always deserved. Despite everything I&#39ve been through, I&#39m a total lovebug and purring machine! I&#39ve kept my gentle spirit and affectionate nature. I love full body pets and will start purring the moment you lay a hand on me. I&#39m super outgoing, sweet, and always ready for a good snuggle. I&#39ll happily curl up in your lap, and I enjoy being brushed. I&#39m a little nervous about being held, but I tolerate it, especially if I know some treats or cuddles are coming after. Speaking of treats... I&#39m obsessed with Churu treats! Those things are amazing. I also love playtime! Wand toys and mouse toys are my favorites, and I&#39ll chase them with total kitten enthusiasm. One of the sweetest things about me is my bond with my buddy Ushimi. We&#39re often found snuggled up together or grooming each other. If you&#39re looking for a loving pair, we&#39d make a wonderful duo, but I&#39d also do great on my own in a family with kids, another feline friend, or even a doggie buddy, as long as you follow Wild Blue&#39s introduction procedures.
