Name: Ruckus Best Guess for Breed: Domestic Short Hair Age: 8 weeks as of 5/12/25 Estimated DOB: 3/18/25 SEX: Male Approximate Weight: 1 lb 7 oz as of 5/12/25 Coloring: Brown Tabby Type of Hair: Short Gets Along With: Because of his young age, Ruckus will likely get along with other cats, dogs and kids with an acclimation period. We’re happy to help with tips and tricks! Litter: Ruckus, Rowdy Currently Living at: DC area foster home I am Looking For: My loving forever family! Hi! I'm Ruckus, and I am a cute little kitten! I won’t ask for much- just some love, cuddles and lots of toys so I can run and play and be my kitten self. Two kittens are better than one - consider adopting my super cute siblings, too! What my Foster Says About Me: Ruckus is a charming kitten! When he first arrived in the DMV, he was a bit hesitant with his foster families. With a slow integration into his foster home, Ruckus’ has been able to come out of his shell. In his spare time, you know when he’s not busy growing and eating, he enjoys climbing on his kitty tree and playing with his brother (Rowdy). He will do well with another playful cat or kitten (consider his brother)! He loves treats too! He's even eating out of our hands now! Kitten Vetting Requirements: Your kitten may not be fully vaccinated upon adoption. You will be responsible for providing whatever remaining vaccines are needed to complete the kitten vaccine series. Due to this kitten's young age, she/he has not yet been spayed or neutered. As part of the adoption contract, it will be your responsibility, as the adopter, to ensure that this is done no later than 9/18/25. There are NO EXCEPTIONS and NO EXTENSIONS to this date. A non-refundable spay/neuter deposit will be collected if you would like Lucky Dog to pay for this animal to be spayed/neutered at one of our low-cost partner vets.
