Meet Smokey, a handsome older gentleman who’s clearly lived a life—and still has plenty of living left to do.He’s slender, athletic, and full of energy, and he’d love nothing more than a patient, gentle, and experienced human by his side.He doesn’t need perfection—just kindness, time, and someone who understands. If you believe every dog deserves a second chance, Smokey might be waiting just for you.All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (or scheduled), vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home today! No pre-application or appointment needed—just bring a valid ID and walk in. Our adoption fees are among the lowest in Cincinnati!?To meet our animals, visit our Northside shelters any day from 1–6pm. If listed as foster, email foster@cincycare.org to schedule a meet and greet. Adopting an adult dog with resident dogs or kids at home?
