My story

Seniors ROCK! Hi everyone, I’m Glenda! Ready for Foster or Adoption in California. Can travel for the right home. Life hasn’t always been easy for me, but I’m ready to turn the page and find a home where I’ll be appreciated as the loyal, loving companion I am. I enjoy spending my days playing with toys and taking peaceful walks by your side. I thought I would live out my golden years with the family I had—but little did I know, they tried to drop me off at a shelter. When the shelter couldn’t take me in, they planned to leave me to fend for myself… in the desert… at my age. It would not have ended well. But then, a kind-hearted woman scooped me up and told me my worries were over. She promised I’d find a new home where I’d finally be loved as someone’s very own. When I first arrived, I was so afraid I would army crawl across the yard, too scared to be touched. But with love and care, I’ve come such a long way. I now lean in for pets, shower you with kisses, and follow you around like your shadow. I love to cuddle and am full of affection. I’m currently looking for a family in California who will give a sweet senior girl a second chance. I’m also okay with older children.
