My story

#A5697283 Meet Rocky , a 2-year-old Alaskan Husky who's basically a living, breathing, floofy marshmallow cloud with the softest fur and stunning yellow eyes! &#226&#152&#129&#239&#184&#143 This snuggly boy is equal parts cuddlebug and wiggle machine - he’s full of that classic husky energy but is always ready to melt into you for big kisses and lots of love. Rocky is super social with both people and other pups and could make an awesome little brother in a multi-dog home. He’s potty trained and incredibly affectionate, but still young and would thrive with some basic training and leash work. Rocky needs an experienced husky home - or someone ready to dive in and meet the mental and physical needs of this amazing breed. If you're looking for a fluffy best friend with a huge heart and an even bigger personality, Rocky’s your guy!   -2 year old white Alaskan Husky -64 pound neutered male -up to date on all shots and preventatives, so ready to go home with you today! -came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 5/6/25 as an owner surrender, but we have no notes and no idea why, as Rocky is the biggest lovebug - he definitely deserves a shot at a new furever home  -ultra plush, floofy marshmallow cloud of a pup with striking yellowish eyes - super soft and snuggly, absolutely perfect if you're looking for a cuddly companion -brimming with wiggly, enthusiastic husky energy, and equally as lovey - very sweet, deeply affectionate, and adores giving big, delightful kisses -super social with other pups, so could make a good little brother to other dogs in the home -needs someone with experience with the breed that is prepared to work with him, or someone willing and able to learn to meet his exercise and stimulation needs -potty trained, but still in young adulthood, so could benefit from all the beginner basics - leash work and obedience training   ROCKY'S VIDEO: https://youtube.com/shorts/fxZKLGU7L9w   For more information, contact volunteer Lor at  lor@unitedhopeforanimals.org   ------- United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals.  This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter. For more information about the pet, the adoption process, or our program please contact the Volunteer Adoption Coordinator listed above. Because animals are adopted/rescued daily, please also check the United Hope for Animals Facebook page to see if an animal is still available OR call the Baldwin Park Shelter at 626-962-3577. When inquiring about an animal, please reference the animal’s ID number. This will enable the volunteer or Baldwin Park employee to locate the status of the pet. Thank you for supporting rescue.May 20, 2025, 5:55 pm

If you have any questions or would like to adopt ROCKY, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
