My story

Sad news for Kyrie... Kyrie was diagnosed with gastric lymphoma. The life expectancy with or without treatment is 6-12 months and sadly, there is no treatment that has worked based on the studies available. He is on daily steroid treatment, a special diet, daily vitamin B 12, probiotics and he gets daily pumpkin and oatmeal combination to add bulk to his stools. (If he gets treats or doesn’t get his pumpkin and oatmeal, I’ve noticed his stools become very soft, non- formed and ends up with diarrhea again). For the moment he’s stable. He’s put on some weight since we've gotten him on the steroids and his diarrhea is under control. He is a sweet, happy boy, but that doesn’t change the diagnosis or prognosis, therefore he is in a Hospice foster home where he is getting all of the best care, love and snuggles he can take! If you would like to help out with Kyrie's Hospice care, please visit the critical page on GRRAND.org   Meet Kyrie (choc color) and Laisy (yellow color), lovable 10-month-old male and female Labradoodles who are BFF's! These two sweethearts were found running together near a horse park, and now they’re looking for a forever home where they can shower their new family with love and cuddles.Kyrie and Laisy are sweet, playful pups who absolutely love to snuggle. They’ve quickly settled into their foster home and have shown just how well-behaved they are. They get along great with other dogs, both female and male, and have no issues with food or toy guarding. They’re also fantastic with kids and love to play. They’re learning quickly and eager to please.Although they’re still working on potty training, they’re making great progress! Kyrie and Laisy also did wonderfully during their baths, showing how adaptable and easygoing they are. This bonded pair is inseparable and looking for a loving family who can give them the attention, patience, and cuddles they deserve. If you’re looking for two sweet, affectionate dogs who will bring endless joy to your life, Kyrie and Laisy might just be the perfect fit! Please fill out an app at GRRAND.org if interested! ##2275421##

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Kyrie, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
