My story

Birthdays: May 11, 2018 These two siblings have been through so much, and if any kitty deserves a loving home, it's Melita and Makai.  Their history is long, but we will try to sum it up as best as we can.  When they were still kittens, these two (in addition to the rest of the litter) were a part of a TNR program, but the workers noticed how sweet they were towards them.  So, they were taken to a satellite rescue of LCCR to find homes. And... they did!  Although, as you can see, not forever. They were surrendered to a Philadelphia shelter, where they were separated as adults to no fault of their own.  They were bonded, and the separation was torment for the both of them.  It took some time, but we were able to find them and reunite them.  Now that they are once again happy to be together, they're ready to try to find a home again! But let's break down their personalities for you! Melita is the charming, brown tabby that's as sweet as a honey bee! She's full of love, taking a cuddle from you every second she gets!  While she can be shy at times, she has a friendly side that will always greet you with a gentle purr! She loves to talk in soft meows that's more relaxing than anything! While her hair might need a bit of grooming, she won't fuss about it! In fact, she'll pay you in nuzzles after you're finished!  Makai is the larger, gray kitty who's just as spirited and lively as a bee! He is the epitome of curious and brave! You can always see him exploring every nook and cranny of your house, seeking the next adventure! His friendly demeanor makes him primed for cuddles! Like his sister, he enjoys him grooming time! Despite his tough exterior, he's really a gentle giant, who would make a perfect addition to a quiet family!
