My story

Adoption Day: May 31st at PetSmart Tysons Corner from 10:00–11:00 AM, an approved adopter must be present to adopt. Some pups may stick around until 11:00 AM for the public event—check our Facebook page closer to the date to see if this pup will be attending the extra fun! Meet Fillmore! The cutest little big man around.  He may be short and stout but he is all heart. He is a little heavy on his feet which is very endearing and you always hear him coming.  He has mastered stairs and is being crate trained.  He is working hard on potty training but isn’t 100% yet.  He sleeps through the night, is learning basic obedience, and walking on a leash.  He is treat- motivated which makes learning fun.  He has two much larger foster brothers who are teaching him social cues and good dog manners.  He hasn’t met children or cats yet, but I think he would do well due to his sweet nature. Fillmore loves his stuffed animal toys and likes to carry them around.  He is a busy bee but settles in when needed.  He is the perfect size for apartment to farm life.
