My story

How this pet arrived: Nala was brought in by our Humane Law Enforcement team on May 16, 2025. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Nala - a gorgeous, adventurous girl with a heart as big as her zoomies! As a true Husky, Nala was born to run and can cover miles with those graceful legs. She'll need an active family who can keep up with her energy and provide plenty of mental and physical enrichment. Nala has lived with another dog before and could enjoy a canine buddy or be your one-and-only adventure sidekick. She's currently recovering like a champ from a paw injury (a pesky stick tried to ruin her fun!) and is wearing a stylish e-collar while she finishes her antibiotics. If you're looking for a loyal, lively companion with a beautiful coat and a love for life, Nala is ready to run away with your heart!
