My story

After spending four long months in quarantine, Henry is finally getting to enjoy the life he deserves, and he’s making the most of it! During his mandatory hold, he had limited contact with people and couldn’t enjoy simple things like pets, treats, or playtime from anyone but staff. Through it all, Henry stayed sweet and hopeful, and quickly became a volunteer favorite regardless. Now that he’s out and about, we’re thrilled to see his personality bloom! Henry is the perfect mix of mellow and playful. He’s past his wild kitten stage, but don’t be fooled—he still loves a good play session with a wand toy. What sets Henry apart is his charming balance: he’s fun without being frantic, social without being overwhelming. He greets everyone who enters the room like an old friend, and will happily engage in a game or flop down next to you for some good company. If you like chatty cats, Henry is your guy! He’s a big talker who’s always ready to share his thoughts, usually centered around being happy to see you.
