Meet Peppermint (A839981)! This sweet PACC kitty is almost 2 years old and has been in her foster home for nearly a year. She faced a tough beginning, battling FIP in her first few months — but she’s a true fighter, and she beat it! After a careful observation period, Peppermint has a clean bill of health and is now ready to find her forever home.Peppermint is a loving and affectionate girl who enjoys being petted and snuggling up with her favorite humans. She’s gentle, sweet, and loves to cozy close. While she gets along well with some resident cats and has been around dogs that are cat-friendly, she will need a slow introduction to new friends.This special girl is looking for a calm, caring home where she can relax and share her love. If you’re ready to give Peppermint the loving home she deserves, she’s excited to meet you!Educational Note:FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) was historically considered a fatal disease, but recent advances in veterinary medicine have made it treatable. Treatments are now available through veterinarians, who can write a prescription for the appropriate medication.
