My story

Meet Chance! Chance came to us from a hoarding situation, along with her buddy Shadow. They came from a hoarding situation in Coatesville PA where all the animals were sadly neglected and not receiving the care and attention they needed. Chance is a 5 year old Standard Poodle Mix who is very sweet and affectionate but still nervous at this time. She came into us with matted fur from head to toe, which is extremely painful. She got haircut and all the medical care she needed and is starting to decompress and open up! She is very dog friendly and sweet! As with all rescue dogs, they will need a family who is understanding and prepared to work through a period of transition with them as they learn to live in a house and around people. They will need time to trust their new family before working on training, such as house training. We require all our animals to be trained using positive reinforcement methods ONLY.
