My story

Hi, I’m Vixen! I’m what they call a rare orange female kitten—and I like to think I’m as special as that sounds. I’m a quiet girl with a gentle soul. While my siblings wrestle and tumble, I prefer to sit back and watch the show. I’ll bat around a shoelace or sneak off to a cozy hiding spot with a toy of my own. I like the peaceful path.New people and experiences can make me a little nervous, so I take my time to warm up. Once I do, I really enjoy soft pets, gentle playtime, and cuddly naps with my sisters. I do best with older kids who understand how to go slow with shy kittens like me.Dogs? No thank you. I like to keep my distance and will definitely let them know if they get too close! But I love other cats and find comfort in their company.Potty training is still a bit tricky for me—I`m great with #2, but we`re working on #1. My foster family says I`m improving, and they’re proud of me for learning every day.If you’re looking for a mellow, thoughtful, and beautiful companion to share quiet moments with, I just might be your girl.My adoption fee of $50 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday, Friday and Saturday are walk in from 10-5.
