My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:I lived with children in my previous home.I am a cat that is in need of a lap! I can't wait to be your new lap cat.Kitty Galore interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. We recommend that he go to a home with adopters with some cat experience preferred or at least be well counseled in his history of inappropriate elimination. He would do best in home with children over the age of 13.A volunteer writes: I can't say for sure how Kitty Galore tucked himself into his little box, but I know he looks adorable. He seems completely comfortable with big fluffy paws and tails going in surprising directions. Kitty Galore unfurled himself to say hello and very gently snuggled into my hand like he'd only just been waiting for that opportunity. It took a few moments for Kitty Galore to feel comfortable enough to walk toward me and we can tell he's trying to find a place for himself in the busy Care Center. Once Kitty Galore feels comfortable, he loves being petted and will graciously accept any neck scritches coming his way. Staying close to his bed, he tries to decide what he should do next. I think his bed helps Kitty Galore stay cozy and gives him the confidence to try new things. He knows he can return to it whenever he needs to.
